If possible preferably, visit our show home with your comfortable time in co ordination with our team in Vadodara for an introduction to our prefabricated house solutions.

Site Inspection Request fees:

When you’ve had time to consider your options, you’re ready for the next step. Fill in the Site Inspection Request form and forward with payment of the site inspection fee. We will then schedule a mutually convenient time to meet you at your site.

• Rs. 3000 For Vadodara, Ahmadabad and Surat
• Rs. 5000 For Rest of Gujarat
• Rs. 10000 For M.P., Rajasthan, Maharashtra
• Rs. 15000 For Rest of India
• Out of Gujarat : As per site location/arrange by client

All these fees are inclusive of travel costs for one of our Home Stay Design team. These fees are reimbursed at the time of Final Payment.

Site visit

Your site inspection will take place in @ a week time from receipt of your request. It enables our design team to fully assess location, access, facilities, site conditions, finalize plan etc thus ensuring you receive the design that best integrates with your site.

Project Proposal

Following the site inspection, you will be provided with a HOME STAY Project Proposal. This includes:

• 1. Project brief
• 2. Technical specifications
• 3. Proposed design concept as per final plan
• 4. Costing
• 5. Standard inclusions & options
• 6. The next step

Design Development

Home Stay will engage the consultants/engineers in order prepare execution drawings as per final plan.

Planning

We will be sending you schedule of activities and payment schedule for execution of work.

Contract

HOME STAY prepares and issues an contract specifying the scope of works and all inclusions and exclusions. Once the contract is signed along with advance, your project is ready to proceed.

Factory

Your project is booked into our factory program.

Invest

Deposit to advance as contract confirmation.

The HOME STAY team can provide you the Drawing of plinth and at the same time Frame work is start at our factory.

Visit & Inspection

At the time of completion of Structural Steel Work, We invite you to inspect and approve the Structure and Material we used within 3 days. Third party Inspection and Testing Charges are extra as actual (If insist by client). Before your home leaves our factory, we ask you to jointly undertake a full inspection of your home. Once you are assured and have signed off on this stage, we are ready to deliver your home!

Services (Onsite Arrangement)

Before installation client needs to give confirmation for basic site requirement as proper road to access truck, Power, Water, Accommodation facilities, Security etc. HOME STAY can co-ordinate any site works required on your behalf or you may wish to make these arrangements yourself. Either way, site services such as power, water and accommodation will need to be provided for the installation of the house.

Delivery

HOME STAY arranges trucks to transport the modules to your site.

Receipt of goods on site

Once good are received by good condition at your place.

Installation of House

We shall send our skilled team for installation of prefabricated house and its services. This will take about two weeks time.

Additional site services & Final Payment

Additional site works such as Flooring and Colour done after getting last installment.

Hand Over

A final inspection after the home is installed is undertaken jointly by HOME STAY and the client.

HAPPY STAY

Any balance work as per contract to be given in writing within a week’s time of hand over shall be considered.
